Job Requirements:

1, college degree or above, more than three years of consumer electronics products mold engineering experience, familiar with mold processing technology and process;

2, familiar with insertmolding mold design, injection molding process and product failure analysis has rich experience;

3、Familiar with the use of AutoCAD, UG software, the ability to independently deal with abnormalities occurring in the production mold;

4, the appearance of the mold, clip line, size adjustment machine has a certain ability to judge;

5, act decisively, strong communication skills, coordination ability, strong team spirit and cost control consciousness.

2、Responsible for communicating with mold suppliers to confirm the product mold design and mold structure;

3、Mold production process processing progress of the site to follow up to ensure that the mold development progress according to plan;

4、Mold trial mold stage problem solving and countermeasures to implement;

5、mold design and acceptance standards;

6、Work proactively, with strong communication and coordination skills;
